The staff is incredible. Friendly, outgoing, and informative. The office is clean and easy to get to. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Gentle Dental. Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the front desk to the hygienist, dental assistants, and dentists, has been kind, patient, and very personable. Celly and Luz at the front desk have been especially helpful with insurance and claims. Do not come here. Myself and others that I have seen given reviews stated that you are over billed and given a contract to sign that they don’t adhere to. They bill you for way more than what was discussed and blame it on insurance not accepting it. Then they tell me nearly a year later I owe money that needs to be paid within a month before it goes to collections. My insurance did not know what they were talking about.
