This office was quite unprofessional with staff goofing around more so than paying professional care to patience. What was worse was the procedure I needed done, a root canal, the dentist could not do it and wanted to refer me ~25 miles away to a specialist dentist in Sarasota. What an inconvenience. Instead of going to his associate firm, I simply found a more qualified dentist and office. That is the good news, I found a much better dentist. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. WARNING!!!! THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
