Couldn't imagine a dentist this bad! They tell you you need work that you don't need. Abrams is always trying to talk you into getting something done. He doesn't do any dental work. The dentists in training just got out of school & don't know what they're doing. Abrams charges you for just walking in the door. He's very rude, and won't give you your own x-rays. NICE PLACE! – I went to Gentle Dental Center and was very pleased with the relaxed and pleasant professional care I was given. I had a toothache and received compassionate and quality care.
GOOD DENTISTRY – I have recently found a new dental office. Although Dr. Abrams doesn't do much treatment anymore he has a wonder staff. I appreciate their help in solving my dental problems. Believe me they are correctly named-"Gentle Dental Center".
Terrible Place – Richard Abrams can't do dental work on patients because of his back problem. He hires inexperienced dental school grads who get their practice on his patients. The quality of dental work on me here was horrendous. Abrams pressured me into getting a veneer by misrepresenting the procedure. His trainees completely destroyed this tooth, which ended up needing a root canal, and the surrounding area developed chronic pain. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE – I was one of those people that feared the dentist, until I went to the Gentle Dental Center. Unlike the other reviewer I found the office staff all very friendly, polite and professional. Very low keyed office, knowledgeable and easy going. I have recommended many friends and family to them and they have all agreed. I highly recommend them if your'e looking for good dentists!!!!
AVOID - Terrible Overall Service – The receptionist was extremely curt and rude. The equipment was outdated and the level of professionalism was very low overall. My experience at Gentle Dental is one I will never repeat.
