There should be a negative star you can give ! My mother is 92 years and he pinched her lip on accident but it hurt her and she hollered and told him he hurt her. He stopped and told us she had to find a new dentist because he is not going to treat her because she complains to much. Not to mention, he cancelled the last two appointments because he was out of the office sick. I would not take my dog to him !
