I feel I can trust Dr. Larsen and his staff. They are very thorough. They also do a great job with young children. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
I was treated well and kindly. Excellent experience! The staff is especially friendly and know their jobs well.
I was impressed with their customer service. I had initially cancelled 3 appointments with different dentists in the area because their receptionists on the phone were rude. I found the receptionists and assistants here very easy to talk to, willing to take time to answer questions and work with me as I am not covered under any insurance. Overall I was very pleased.
I've gone to Dr. Larsen for about 20 years and have always been impressed with his dentistry. I'm treated very well -- just like family.
I had a future preventative dental appointment as a new patient, when I was hit with tooth pain beyond the wait to the appointment. It was a Friday and I called Dr. Larsen's office to see if they could possibly get me in that day rather go through the weekend. I self diagnosed myself needing a root canal. The staff gave me assistance needed to see an endodontist. That is all great and helpful, but Dr. Larsen went beyond and called me that day to see if I was taken care of.
