This is the most unprofessional dental facility I have ever encountered. My 6 year old daughter was referred to this office by aspen dental in palatine because she has a bad tooth. So we make an appointment and go in. The entire encounter is scary and upsetting. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They took my child to get X-rays now she 6 years old and gets scared but they wouldn’t allow my wife to accompany her. RecommendedI have been coming to this office since I was little and I never want to change offices! Dr Blau and staff always make me feel comfortable when I’m there.
Dr. Bamini Blau is great with kids! She is very gentle and friendly, and does a great job explaining what she is doing in a way that kids can understand and feel comfortable with. Great service and a great clinic atmosphere. Staff are also knowledgeable and friendly.
Really? You are going to delete my comment about how terrible your dental office is? That is a disservice to people and horrible business practice! I put it on yelp as well!
Dr. Blau is AMAZING!! She is so gentle and wonderful with children!! The office is very clean and the decor is very bright, colorful and kid friendly!!
