RecommendedMy 14 year old yellow lab suddenly lost the use of his legs on Saturday evening. By Sunday morning he had not improved and I knew I needed immediate care for him. His regular vet was not answering his on call messages. I found that Gentle Care was open for walk ins for a few hours in the afternoon. The staff and doctor were so wonderful and kind. All staff dedicate their knowledge, compassion, and attention to my pets, and always keep me informed of care in timely manner. The doctors are always considerate of how emotions run high with their fur babies and share necessary information to make best decisions for your pet’s care. Very appreciative of this family of veterinarians and support staff!!
The staff at gentle care is very kind and personable. The price is reasonable and i always feel like my fur baby kitty is being well taken care of.
My Miss Wheezy passed away today. I rushed her in. The Ladies went right to work. Tried their best. Nothing but praise.. these Ladies are my heros today. They couldn't save her, but it was not for lack of trying, I'm pretty sure I was just 3 mins to slow.. thank you for being so kind.
Our little Toni was very ill and was given wxcellent care by Dr. R and all the staff. They also took good care of our late dog Sammy!
I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. L and her staff. Yesterday I walked in with our dog who was fighting for her life and Dr. L stopped what she was doing to help us. Dr. L and her staff have been amazing to work with the past 24 hours. Dr. L did a great job keeping us informed, staying calm (and keeping me calm!) and doing everything she could to help our pup! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and so is the staff at this clinic. Chalie and I cannot thank you guys enough!
