Dr. Samuel is one of the most gentle orthodontist I have ever met. I transferred from another office and it is possibly the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Samuel and his staff make sure each patient has his personalized attention and is always open to hear your input. Dr. Samuel is the first dentist that I've met that is more interested in making his patients happy than make a quick buck. On top of that, his staff is sweet and remembers me and my family by first name making us feel extremely special.
Gentle Braces was the first orthodontist I was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad to be a patient of Dr. Samuel. Dr. Samuel is up to date with all the latest braces, including the hidden braces. Personally, I've never previously gotten braces because I didn't want them to show and these hidden braces are an answer to a prayer. Dr. Samuel is always making sure I am taking care of my hygiene and my teeth already look and make me feel better. I have braces at gentle braces and I also travel a lot. The office has accommodated for my travels and allowed me to come in on select days and times without a single hitch. Yanitza, the manager, is genuinely interested in the patients best interest and would bend over backwards to make them happy with their treatment.
