Service OK. Food decent. Atmosphere great. Great craft beers.
Great selection of craft beer on tap, as well as good service.
Went to Gentle Ben's, for the first time, yesterday, to watch the University of Washington Husky game on tv. What friendly staff, great service, & very tasty food (I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken. It was delicious! Not too much dressing, flavorful, & the chicken was very flavorful)!
Great pregame atmosphere. Food was great and portions we generous. Staff extremely friendly. Always nice to help college students which make up what it seems like to be a majority of the staff.
Great place to hold a reunion event. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Very courteous and helpful. My wife left her CC during a visit on 9/29 and did not realize that she was missing that card until Sunday, 10/16. As we were getting ready to call the CC company and cancel the card, we called Gentle Ben's just to see if they might have the card since that was the last charge on her Card. Nick of Gentle Ben's was very responsive. He said they had the card and he will mail it to us in ABQ on Monday. Just received the card in today's mail, saving us a lot of hassle. Stopped in for a couple of quick shots before the game. Great Bartender, it was a blast.
