Very good beer, food and service. Its a little pricey but it's warranted. The beer is a bit higher octane so you have to watch it a bit.
Visiting from out of town - good food, good beer and good atmosphere.

The atmosphere of this place is great. I was greeted by the host in a nice and friendly manner and seated right away. The food is great, came out hot and the portions are large. The Mexican food is great! Will definitely return to Gentle Bens.

I have been there twice for parent weekend. Very unorganized, not enough staff, does not prepare for the amount of people coming from out of town. Took 90 minutes + for food. I won't go back there.

We're very sorry you had to wait so long for your food. We work to make sure we're staffed accordingly, but on busy weekends it can be hectic, especially with special events such as Family Weekend.
Lukewarm fries, over cooked burgers. Good beer though.
Waitress came to table once in 3hrs service sucks!

That is not the level of service that we are going for and I will look into see why this happened to ensure this doesn't happen again. Stop in next week for the Hawks night game and we will make it up to you.
Excellent chicken tortilla soup and salad. Superb bartender staff. Great energy there and we left very happy.

Good beer, great service, great food. However straws were too thin (cocktail straws) and if you are a pub you need to have malt vinegar for fries.
