We were Gentiva only a short time, but I can say without a doubt some of the kindest people in the medical profession. Tanya, Jennifer, Nurse Connie and Nurse Greta; we couldn’t have asked for better care from you. I would like to thank those whose names I can’t recall as well. You all made Donna Adriance’s last days comfortable at home. May God bless you all and keep you always

Phenomenal team, truly caring, delievered nothing but exceptional care. Tina Waller was the best case manager. She listened and assisted way above and beyond what she had to. She communicated very well and we were always informed. Her punctuality was the most helpful in trying to coordinate schedules. Katie Howard the HHA, had the best care. Kind, considerate and understanding. She also communicated to help with the scheduling troubles we had as I worked nights and wanted to be involved in her care. Great team and would recommend. Special shout out to Miranda for going the extra mile spending hours talking with me (while cooking supper!) and being an outstanding A+ communicator! She’s an expert in her field. If ever she doesn’t know an answer to my many questions , she’s finding out, letting me know with a quick response. Makes us feel like we are her only patient! Love her, Renee, Jennifer, chaplain and the whole team are so helpful with compassion! Thank you Gentiva!
