Honestly I cannot believe how dismissive this doctor was. I came in for severe period cramping after stopping birth control (also recently had abnormal pap results) and she didn’t do a pelvic exam, ultrasound, or anything. I said the doctor on the phone told me to seek care and get an ultrasound because it could be ruptured cysts, ovarian torsion, endometriosis, etc. and asked her for an ultrasound. When you think of a Dr you think of someone compassionate, loving, caring , and HELPFUL. “DR” Aguilar is non of those things. I had the pleasure of seeing her in urgent care and she was dismissive and hurtful. Told me that my neck ultrasound was not a “life or death” situation… if I’m in the URGENT care it is of importance to ME and she should have some compassion to someone who is visibly distraught. My wife went to see her at URGENT CARE in Downey and she came away crying because Aguilar made her feel unfathomably mistreated and less than, I would think as a woman you would understand where another woman was coming from with what she was dealing with, but NO. She was cut off on multiple occasions and not listened to when explaining what brought her to urgent care.
