The service that I received from Dr.Genovese is excellent. Dr. Genovese did an excellent job with my health exam, very thorough about significant family history. Wonderful experience with the staff. Great medical office and excellent experience from start to finish. Great experience as a first timer. Super clean office and diligent at wiping down everything!
Dr. Genovese and her staff are wonderful always happy always helpful they're very thorough and I know they're looking out for me and my family she's been a really big part of helping me get over a heart attack I had in March the girls at the front desk always help me with anything that I need I recommend them to anyone
I have been a patient for 2 years. I recently had to make a sick visit and was hesitant to even call. In the past the girls at the front desk were unprofessional and rude. I was impressed to get a return call and an appointment so quick. The best was coming in and seeing all new staff!! They were so sweet, and professional. I highly recommend Genovese Primary Care! Dr. Genovese is a phenomenal Dr!
Was scheduled for an appointment about a month after initial call. On the day of the appointment, they said they lost the appointment and would need to move the appointment in 2 weeks. That's very annoying and inconsiderate.
Dr. Genovese is the GREATEST!!! Words & time wouldn't be enough to tell how much she TRULY CARES. One of the only Drs. that doesn't make you wait hrs. to be seen & rush you out the door after a 5 minute exam. SHE SPENDS QUALITY TIME WITH EACH PATIENT. I will NEVER go to another Dr. Insurance or not!!!!!!! Dr. Genovese truly cares & takes care of each & every patient!!!!!!
dr. Genovese is a wonderful doctor very caring and listens to what you have to say has been helping me and my family for years she has great office staff Ashley and Tabitha always friendly and helpful
Dr. Genovese is a wonderful, thorough, and empathetic physician. She is very "hands-on" in all aspects, sometimes even calling the patients back to the room. She ALWAYS takes her own BP readings, encourages the patient to participate in their own healthcare, and is thorough. Having an excellent physician, coupled with responsive, competent, and caring staff, makes this practice awesome.
Dr. Genovese was very thorough, kind and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and I left the office very satisfied with her examination. Staff was great and extremely helpful with home care resources for my father. Best of all, the office does not double book appointments! Had a 3:00pm appointment and checked out at 3:32pm. Thoroughly efficient office! Highly recommend Genovese Primary Care.
