Dr Genovese is thorough, personal and punctual. It is a privilege to have access to her care. She is a terrific physician and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
When I first saw Dr Genovese, I couldn’t be happier. I found a Dr that was knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately the reception and front office makes it impossible to make an appointment and I was pretty much forced to find a new primary because they don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails. Sad because I’d like to stick with Genovese..
I felt cared for and respected. Thank You. The office people were polite AND friendly. Thank you as well. I will certainly recommend Dr. Genovese.
dr is great! My family has used her for years. The office staff has been and still is horrible. They have an attitude and do not work with the patient to try to help them. Remember first impressions say it all. If i didn't know the dr i would never go there. Something needs to be done!
Dr. Genovese is a very kind, considerate, and thorough practitioner. It has been my experience over the past 10 years or so that she works with the patient to identify specific issues and actually listens to the concerns, input, and ideas about treatment that the patient has. She is not at all condescending and does not talk down to her patients as so many doctors unfortunately seem to do. I would recommend highly if you are new to the area or looking for a new family doctor who will actually listen to you.
The doctor is great, thorough and really listens. The office staff is rude and unsympathetic to their patients. The need to work on the customer service skills.
I have been going to Dr. Genovese for almost 10 years. I had followed her through 2 moves near where I lived and now in Medford. It takes us an hour to get there and another hour back. I don't care about the drive. Dr. Genovese is the only Dr., that knows me and cares about her patience. The Dr's where I live put me through so much of go here, go there, for this text or that test. I would never ever go to this office again as all she cares about is money and not about you and you can’t make an appointment when Nee be either. Staff is not the best either as very rude and also when you call on the phone. Will never ever go here again and wouldn’t refer her to anyone either.
I have been a patient of hers since she has been in Medford. She was in Toms River for a couple years and I followed her there and eventually back to Medford. My husband has been her patient too. I refer many people to her because she is kind, listens to the patient, she is well informed on the latest medical information, and always has the patient best interest in making medical decisions.
