I have been with Genoa Pharmacy for over a year (on Shrewsbury St) and refuse to go to any other pharmacy. The staff are incredible. Amy always calls if there is an issue or concern and offers solutions when possible. They know me by name and process my refills before I have to call. I have never EVER had any problems or concerns with Genoa. Again, the staff are amazing and I will never go anywhere else for my pharmaceutical needs.
this pharmacy is on point. they call me when our medicine is filled, they check-in with me with any changes, they pick up and return calls. the ladies here are efficient, friendly, and the space sends encouraging messages that are often decorated throughout the office every few weeks. they are personable, professional and super kind. they treat my family, especially my little ones, with extreme care. we have been going here for almost 2 years now, and amy + her team really go above. everyone here is timely and also very unde... read more
