I have been with Genoa for several years now, and they're amazing! China, Jackie & Mike out of the Worcester office are the best - they always remember me on a first name basis, and they're always on top of my refills so that I don't have to worry about running out. Highly recommend!!
OK, but take very long to fill prescriptions but they let you have a balance with them and are very good to addictS
This place is horrible. If you have a non-addiction mental health issue, you will be lumped with drug addicts. You will be treated like a scum of the earth. The staff here are rude, and I once even overheard one of them say "oh no, it's that time of day, the drug addicts have come to roost." How can any healthcare worker treat people like that?
