5 star for genoa but a zero for the guy that works there. i know places get busy so things take patients....kinda like this pharmacy takes patients,but the guy that works here is so mean and hangs up before your done talking...all im doing is trying to get info on my things it dont matter if hes busy cause the job he applied for and got says hes gotta answer my questions without hanging up before im done this has happened twice now same guy.....
Very small pharmacy. Last time I was here there were only 2 employees and one was only a temp. This causes quite the wait for your meds to be filled.
We love this pharmacy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Renee is an asset to Genoa. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for quality service in a timely manner.
