Horrible - incompetent. To be fair the problem wasn't with the East Lansing office, Freddie does a good job. I sent my desktop in for a diagnostic check (they send it to their Grand Rapids branch). I suspected the motherboard was broken so I wanted confirmation. They informed me it was just the RAM receiver port. I TRUSTED and believed them. This place is horrible. I went in to have my screen fixed, and while they were fixing it, actually lost a part and they had to scrap the phone completely and give me a new one. And it two weeks for them to do it. I regret ever stepping into this place. I lost all of my contacts and photos and everything. Avoid this place at all costs.
Excellent store! Friendly and patient staff. Came in for a phone repair and received excellent customer service! 12/10 would recommend.
