You will be subject to having more service to pay for - my daughter took her phone in for a screen repair came out owing for a home button repair which was working perfectly fine the manager told her the only option was to pay because of the way the tech wrote it on the paper - I suggest you have 5 witnesses and a video recording when dropping your phone off or you will come back with other issues your phone did not have prior to dropping off- thank me later

I stopped in to get an estimate to repair the port on my tablet. The service agent gave me a verbal cost and the time estimate that I thought was high. I called around and learned that no one in town could fix it at all, and they all recommended Genius. When I returned to ask for the service to be scheduled I dealt with a different service agent who quoted a lower price ($20 less) and shorter time frame (I did not inform him that I had been to the store previously). Every genius repair sucks the one in Angola as a store manager by the name of Brian that cannot put phones back together I paid him 200 plus dollars the back was falling off in the earpiece was not connected find someone that has experience and good quality.

Today my kid broke off the end of her charger inside of her tablet. I couldn't fix it on my own, and neither could a fella at the T-mobile store; he instructed me to give Genius Phone Repair a try. Upon arrival, I was met with super fast, and friendly service, complete with a fine repair. Thanks GPR!

I wasted an hour of my time. I called the number and told them about my phone and the numbers on the back, they said they wanted to buy it. I came all the way to east lansing to sell it to them to be told they won't buy it. F@#$ them, never again. 0 stars
