Very sweet people. But my eyebrow was waxed off short on one side. I'd been growing those hairs out for 6 months and finally loved them. Now I feel very self conscious with two lengths of eyebrows. Also, my color came out brassy after two attempts when I said from the beginning I do not like any red, orange, or yellow. I like ash. One shade lighter than white...
