First time I've gone to this carwash. Car looked good from a distance, different story up close. I didn't pay much attention because I was loading up kids. It wasn't until I stopped @ the grocery store that I noticed the wheels. They looked as if they had never been washed. Upon further inspection I notice the car's body wasn't cleaned that well either. Very disappointing for $40.00 really?
Superior service
Bad experience with William Cannon location that a Deceptive Trade Practices Act has been filed with the Texas Attorney Generals Office. They have a coupon on their website for 5 dollars off ANY Car Wash. They wouldn't even honor their own coupon because they were having a special. If you went to any store and the product is on sale they still honor their coupon. However Genie thinks they are above the law. To top it off, the ticket maker, said that the store was his.
