Great ticket writers, good staff, but fundamentally rude and confrontive manager. Watch out for the guy in the pink shirt. Arrived waited for the ticket writer to provide a ticket, but he was busy. So, I went inside and started to ask the cashier what to do. I was immediately and rudely accosted by the manager, who basically sought to reprove me for not waiting for the ticket writer. I had already waited 10 minutes for the ticket. This is no way to manage or run a business. It will be a long time before I return here.
If a job is called "detailing," they should probably pay attention to the details. The cupholders, door pockets are all still incredibly filthy. And somehow, whatever cleaning agent they used actually left the van smelling worse than it was before. The manager offered us to come in and get vacuumed out next week, but this was a time sensitive issue, and may inevitably cost us more money since we needed this vehicle to be impeccably presentable. Pretty prompt service I recommend coming in the late afternoon versus lunchtime. I am at annual VIP member and enjoy the privilege of being able to have unlimited carwashes throughout the year. It's always inevitable that right after you wash your car a bird will poop on it in the parking lot. So it's nice to be able to pop right back by and get it cleaned again. Very friendly staff too!
Worst car wash ever! I spent $26 dollars, vacuum job was horrible. I had to rewash the whole car. Rims and tires untouched. One of the guys was getting angry because I kept pointing out what he missed. To top it off I was there about a hour. If I felt like I could have got my money back I would have.
Paid for detail. Now many details cost extra. Feeling ripped off. Do not recommend this place.
Asked for a shampoo ONLY, no wash, no detail, just shampoo - bossy guy at front rushed me out without listening to my request and somehow managed to put me down for a detail now costing me $139!?!? He 100% took advantage and again, did not listen to me. I went to pay out and I see the menu with a shampoo price of right around 20-30?? And I got roped into a detail? What in the world!? Now, my receipt says "express detail" and I'm still waiting well OVER 2.5 HOURS LATER FOR MY CAR.
It's a great car wash Bruce has done a very good job hand washing. Five Star Bruce and Alee very respectful I'll keep coming back .12years
