The sales people are pushy and try to intimidate you to buy extra services that you don’t want. The guys outside are nice hardworking people.
Paid for a $150 Magic Touch detail and wasn’t told it was ready until FOUR HOURS after I brought it in. I saw it parked outside 2 hours after arriving so I’m not sure when it was ready but they could have saved me A LOT of time in my day. Plus, the work wasn’t even up to par. Never going back.
They ignored me in line for the first 7 mins helping everyone around me then when I sought someone out he said he thought he helped me...My fiancee truck looks the same after the automated car was except for the tires, man they were shining. For the price I paid I did expect better and faster service I mean 3-4 people working on your vehicle would lead you to believe that you wouldn't have to wait an hour. Good things: I charged my phone and watched playoff football *shrugs*
Excellent service! I have a VIP Pass (I can get my car cleaned; inside & out daily)that I got for a great price! & Kendra at the front desk is always professional and remembers my name! Thank You Genie for keeping my car looking brand new!
I spent $36 they did not clean my car i made them vacuum it again...my front windshield was so dirty after I left and started driving home i was so pissed off ...i didn't bother going back...they don't have to worry about me again.
I got the Deluxe Special, but there was nothing "deluxe" about it except the tire shine. After I got my car back, I had to ask the attendant to vacuum my trunk, backseat & front a second time because there was still debris there. When I asked him about a spot on the front seat, the attendant passed the vacuum over it and said "it should be good enough now." My backseat literally had outside dirt on it still. Alan has been so good to us for the past 2 years. We purchased annual passes and it was worth every penny! We're moving out of the state and will miss their excellent service �
