I’ll be honest, I’ve used Genie Car Wash before and had an incredible experience. Today’s experience was less than thrilling, and I won’t be back. Be warned. I dropped my car off at 2PM for an interior detail. The attendant welcoming customers haggled me on pricing and really tried to upsell me to packages I had no interest in. They sold me a year's pass for car washes that I could use at any location. Then they sold the location next to my house. When I asked the GM how to fix this, he told me it wasn't his problem. Don't spend any money here.

I bought the most basic carwash ($17.99) after driving 1800 miles in the past two days (lotsa bug guts) and the attendant was not satisfied with the first wash so they ran it through a second time, just to make sure my Subaru looked good....I highly recommend them for your next wash!
Not sure if they don’t have proper management, enough workers, or something else. I pulled up to begin the process of redeeming my annual pass, waiting too long while other customers were being assisted. Then finally when I was reached, I complained, and was told he understood, and would upgrade my wash to “Executive,” and would move me to the front of the line. Seriously. I wasn’t asking for a detail. I wasn’t asking for perfection. I was hoping to save myself time and you ended up costing me more. I know it’s misty today but the rain isn’t expected until later. Why open at all if your people are going to be A-holes about people even being there.
