I had a baby in January and have been working out at H4 since 6 weeks postpartum. I was very active pre pregnancy and took a break with HIIT while pregnant. So coming into H4 I was nervous! The team made me feel so comfortable, giving me modifications when needed to stay healthy and safe through my recovery. I feel amazing! Every class I see improvements in my abilities and I owe it to the incredible motivation and diverse circuits they present us with. Never an "easy" workout, but nothing worth doing is ever easy!
I can't say enough good about H4. The community here has changed my life! I am active, conscious about what I'm eating, I have energy again and I made new friends! I have tried so many different things to get in shape and H4 is the one I needed to keep me motivated and seeing results. The trainers are like family to me, the other members are fun and encouraging and I couldn't be happier anywhere else!
After my first workout at H4, I said to myself that if this is how fit people work out, it is no wonder that I have yet to reach my fitness goals! I decided to give it a go and after two months, I'm hooked.
