H4 has been the best investment I have made in my health. The coaches are great because they set you up for success yet I find myself bumping up weights and reps when I can. The workouts create balance that most people cant find going into a gym on their own. My frame is stronger overall. They find me alternative movements when I cant do a movement yet still work the targeted muscle area. Solid friendships have been made with regular workout partners.
H4 has been everything I’ve wanted in a gym. The coaches are fantastic and have worked with me to modify workouts due to injuries and surgeries. The other members are great to work out with and every day is a new challenge!! I absolutely recommend joining!!!
Found the motivation and accountability I needed after joining H4. Never thought I’d be an early morning workout person, but here we are. The personal trainers and atmosphere are awesome and keep me coming back. They’re with you every step of the way to help you reach your goals. Couldn’t ask for a better place to be.

Amazing gym to get a custom, challenging workout with coaches who push you to be your best the entire hour. I’ve been here since they opened over 2yrs ago and have noticed drastic changes in my strength, but most of all endurance. You’re greeted when you walk in the door with energetic and happy coaches. H4 Training has made such a positive impact in my life and health. I have been attending small group sessions for about five months now and have truly enjoyed the entire experience! The staff is so friendly and encouraging, the routines are fun and challenging, providing an amazing body workout. The overall energy of the group and community is what keeps me coming back. What makes H4 so effective are the targeted workouts combined with coaching from the staff that lead to results. The workouts are regularly mixed up so you get a lot of variety and work with a lot of different equipment, such as kettlebells,TRX, the sled, weight machines, free weights - plus there's a cardio component to each session. I'm injury-prone and have had many customized workouts which I appreciate - instead of skipping the gym I can still work out. And in my time at H4 I've become stronger in every way!
