I joined in January, after I had been diagnosed with a bladder disease and finished treatments. It is the best thing I have done as far as fitness is concerned. I have always been an avid runner but since I have started at H4 I have cut my running time by 2:00/mile! I am the strongest I have ever been. The trainers are wonderful, encouraging and like a second family! I absolutely love it and would recommend for everyone.
H4 trainers are awesome! If you are looking for professional trainers that keep you motivated and encouraged this is the place to try. The small group members are committed too!
H4 is by far THE BEST fitness facility I've been to. The staff is friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They closely monitor form and skill level of each member to ensure maximum output. Class sizes are small in order to keep your workout personal. The people I workout with are also super. We are all working towards the same goal, even if at different levels. We push and encourage each other. I would highly recommend you take advantage of the trial that they offer and prove me wrong. You won't be sorry.
Best decision I made last year was to join H4. Fabulous trainers who are not only so knowledgeable but also care about each and every client. I am stronger and healthier than ever before!
