Definately a different place when it changed hands. The office staff is rude and not at all helpful, the Dr. Tapolyscani critisized work of another employee in front of me, which was embarassing to me and to the employee who had done a fabulous job as far as I felt. Dr. Tapolyscani also degraded work I had done by a highly respected oral surgeon, of which she knew nothing about. This place changed when they changed dentists... I needed a broken cap replaced. They stated at the front desk that they will need to contact my insurance for approval, then I never recieved a reply/ update. Went back to office a few months later, and again they said they would contact my insurance for the still broken cap (which by then was starting to cause pain). Yet again, no call/ update even after my phone calls bugging them about it. They obviously don't care much about me or my business. Now, the entire cap has falle... read more
