We Purchased a 2012 Crysler Town and Country on August 27, 2020. The price was below KBB value and our APR was less than 6%. We found the van, took it home on a test drive and purchased it the next day. On September 10 the Battery Light came on. I purchased a tundra here in April. From the first encounter with Brian, nothing but courteous and non pushy. Very smooth transaction, easy and smooth. Had an issue come up, and without hesitation. Found them on Car Gurus, excellent experience. Brought home our Odyssey tonight and it is exactly what we wanted. Cost was much lower than other dealers on the same sight. Staff was chill and let the car sell itself, no pressure. Got us a better rate than the credit union we have done business with for years too. We went for a specific car but it seemed they had a great selection too.
I wanted a Honda CRV. One of the sales guy said he would go to an auction and buy one within my budget for me. Instead he bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue. The Rogue had to get a new transmission within the year (which was known to have issues with)...amongst many other problems which have caused me to spend thousands of dollars.
