I'm not happy at all. Been going here for a couple years. Had an appointment yesterday. Front desk told me they no longer accept meridian insurance. Told this day of appointment. Medical assistant made any remark to me as I am a Muslim and of course wearing covering. She stated that I must be hot wearing it. As she must be insecure wearing fake blue hair braids. They have always been great to me. And I find the doctors to be great!! Guess it all depends on the patients bed side manner!! Even the staff, awesome girls!! I have been a patient for many years!!
most incompassionate hospital and staff i’ve ever seen. first girl who took me back for my appointment was incredibly rude, rough with me, and off putting. doctors gave me absolutely zero answers just another bill. wouldn’t release my own records to me, wouldn’t give me my own bloodwork that i paid hundreds for. tried for a MONTH to get ahold of the lab results girl and she was absolutely NEVER in office, had to leave a message every single time that she never followed up on. when i finally got ahold of her she was rude, and... read more
