I received 45 days of radiation treatments at GenesisCare. From my first trip to the office to get an appointment through all my treatments, all the GenesisCare personnel worked to accommodate an unusually tight schedule and provide the very best results for my condition.

At first , when I got there , I was overwhelmed and confused. Quickly I was put at ease by the staff , who are doing way and beyond what would be expected. I was a nervous wreck, being a first time cancer patient. Dr Geiger was amazing! Answered my questions and more! I am still scared but feel I am with a component and caring group of professionals.

The office staff and Dr. Sos have been very welcoming and attentive as I am a new patient. I have had four appointments so far and have been able to schedule them promptly. I am pleased with the information and care I have received.

Sooo very disappointed staff called me and scheduled an appointment and when I got there I was told they did not have me scheduled. This was supposed to be my very first appointment with the oncologist. My anxiety was already very high I left there very upset they rescheduled me and I came home and cancelled. Wish I had other option here in Key West.
