Over the last 12 years, I have had experiences with many title companies, and Genesis Title is the best of the best. They are thorough, timely, and stay in touch - things you would expect every title company to do, but often do not. Carla and her team take their level of service several notches above “the norm,” and I greatly appreciate every transaction that closes at Genesis Title!

This has to be the least professional title company ever. After a seller tried to back out of a deal and tried to close it here, this title company went and slandered my company of FB for standing up for our own Equitable interest in the property. I would find another place to do business if I was in Knoxville.
