Locating their business in the heart of the Latino Community in what is popularly known as “El Bloque de Oro” has allowed this agency to serve our people as well as other overlooked and underserved populations. They allow people with goals of being home owners break down the idea that homeownership is unattainable. The owners are humbly grateful to offer guidance and discernment to the people of that community that are typically unsure how housing works. The staff are also pleasant and respectful.
Rented a property back in Nov of last year and had nothing but problems with the property! Sewer had backed up and we reported it. They sent a "handy man" to snake out the system. One month later we had the same problem so I reported I was moving. They blamed my Lady and i for purposely clogging the drain system so they could keep our last months rent and security deposit.
