I'm glad Michelle Lemon retired. I should've fired her as my doctor a long time ago.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is a masterclass in dysfunction. From leadership to front desk, the apathy is palpable. They don’t care — and they don’t pretend to. Communication is abysmal, follow-through is nonexistent, and basic competence seems optional. What should be a place of care and professionalism is instead a frustrating, demoralizing mess. It’s honestly disgraceful.
