I was in that exam room for two hours because he wanted to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered and understood. Genesis is amazing and always gets me an appointment when I need one asap! Christina the care coordinator is AMAZING!! I cannot express it enough how great of an advocate she is for the entire family! Between the amazing doctors and Christina I will never go anywhere else with my son!
I recently decided to switch to this practice and have been working with the Care Coordinator, Christina, to get records switched, practice information, new patient forms, etc. She has been WONDERFUL. She helped me to save a ton of money with my insurance by recommending different options, and was very patient and helpful during the entire transition. I could not thank her enough. Would definitely recommend working with her for any insurance and practice assistance that you need!

I have been taking my children to Genesis Pediatris for 25 years. All of the staff- from the secretaries to the doctors- are amazing and so kind. My daughter was sad to have to move on to an adult doctor and my son will be in 2 years. I started with Genesis when I lived in Chili and now I drive 40 minutes from Honeoye Falls to see the good doc! When you find the best practice, you stick with them!
Their dr office was absolutely horrible to us . They lied to our face about our son having a milk and soy allergy (he later was tested at a GI in front of us and was positive for it) simply because we refused to leave while they tested the diaper after I called and asked if I needed an appointment Incase it was positive we could fix his food. Instead they did not test it and they let my son drink formula he was allergic to.
My 4 kids have been going here for 6 years. Absolutely the best pediatrics office ever! All of the staff is nice and they do everything they can to accommodate you and your family. Love love love them ❤️❤️❤️
At genesis pediatrics it is quite clear that the staff is just as concerned with patient/parent satisfaction as they are with quality care and treatment. I never feel rushed at any of our appointments either at yearly physical or sick visits. Doctors take the time to thouroughly explain a diagnosis or address any and all concerns. They have extended office hours some days to ensure the best care is provided to families with difficult hours. They have Monday-Friday walk in hours for kids who wake up sick and need to be seen. ... read more
