I filled out a form on their website and got a call within 2 days to discuss newborn registration. I spoke with Christina who then mailed me out the registration packet and I received it the next day! When I found out I was expecting there was no doubt in my mind about what pediatric practice I was going to choose! My family grew up going to Genesis Pediatrics, even on the sickest days I still loved seeing Dr. Goodfellow. The staff and facility are amazing. I’m currently 6months pregnant and my fiancé went to Genesis pediatrics when he was a kid and loved the office & his doctor. So I called to see if they were accepting new patients. I love this practice! I’m so thankful that my friend recommended them for us when I got pregnant. They gave us an office tour and are very thorough with visits. The pediatricians I have met also address my husband while talking about our son, something that never happened when we were at the hospital after having him and it really bothered him! We could not be happier with our experience at Genesis Pediatrics! We have seen both Dr Radi and Dr T and both are so thorough and patient with first time parents. Dr T is now our daughters primary and we adore him. He explains everything in so much detail and is very knowledgeable. The office is clean, easy to communicate with and the portal makes scheduling and asking a quick question easy. Don't hesitate to send your child here - they will be in great hands!!
Took our twin girls to their first Doctors visit today at Genesis Pediatrics ! Our first obligation as parents with twins and we made it on time to our 8:30 appointment with 1 min to spare!! 💪🏼😂 The girls loved meeting Dr. Arigo! We have been patients at Genesis for the past 2.5 years, and have always been happy with our experiences there, but today every single staff member went above and beyond to make my anxious little boy more comfortable. Just registered our baby to be here and it has been a great experience! Christine, their patient care coordinator, has been extremely accommodating and helpful! The tour was informative and you even get a bunch of helpful tools for when baby comes! So happy to know my baby will always be in good hands here!
