Brittany, my Service consultant, was reliable, she understood my needs. I only had to ask her things once. She kept me informed. Mario, the technician, repaired by car correctly, the first time. My car now purrs like a kitten, roars like a line and response like a V8 sports car should respond. Brittany and Mario keep my car running smoothly so that I can have fun driving it.
I bought my Genesis from Grayson. Paying for a luxury car one would expect amazing service. This dealership is more concerned with Subaru's. I asked for a loner thinking i would get a Genesis of some model, and i was stuck with a basic all around Hyundai, Tucson. They are a far cry from any Genesis. I was grateful for a vehicle though. By far the best buying experience. Initial contact was quick after I showed interest online. Once on the phone with Eli I had numbers 8 mins later. Upon getting the numbers I traveled to Genesis of West Knoxville. From the time I arrived to the time I drove the New Genesis home the attention to our needs was excellent.
I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and disrespectful way as I was when looking to purchase a Genesis GV80 recently. Comments that a car salesman should probably never use but did: -“I’ve tried to tell you, but you don’t listen.” -"No, you're forgetting that I gave you a better deal on this car. Sales person was great and helpful. Chris was a great help in showing us how to use all the electronic features on the Genesis GV70. Service technician who took care of our 2021 Hyundai did a great job.
