After 40 years of Lexus/Toyota products in our driveway and garage we made the move over to Genesis. We are a Sedan family and found the G90 to be a new standard of comfort and technology in a luxury vehicle at a price point at or below all the others. We had stopped by this dealership after visiting the local Lexus dealership in search of a new LS500 but they only had one in the showroom and did not seem interested in anyone test driving that car although they were more than happy to try to sale it to us without a test driv... read more
My wife is comparing the Genesis GV80 Prestige to a GLE 450. The dealer here stated she could not test drive it because it was blocked in by too many cars. The keys to the surrounding cars were apparently in PDI where he could not access them. It was noon on a Friday for reference.
My experience was smooth and seamless! Seth and the team are true professionals and accommodated me along the entire process.
