Worst dealership I have ever been to! Terrible customer service, would not offer loaner car and had car for 5 days. Wanted to charge me $3,800.00 to replace IEB module. Took car back and got repaired for $700.00 at another Genesis dealership. No one at the Grayson dealership ever followed up. Service team was out on training Thursday and Friday. I told them the issue and they charged me $200.00 for a diagnostic fee.
I was interested in purchasing a Genesis so I dropped by this dealership. I had dropped by several times and the place was very, very crowded. Their inventory was beyond capacity and it was a fight to find parking. This made it extremely difficult to find what I was looking for and the clutter was overwhelming. The staff at Genesis of West Knoxville was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the purchase of our 2026 GV80 Black edition. They were friendly, knowlegeable and extremely helpful to my husband and I. We are new to the Genesis brand but if our initial experence is any indication of the red carpet treatment it will not be our last.
Great, once your warranty work is finished find another service center. Non Genesis or Hyundai dealer.
Brittany, my Service consultant, was reliable, she understood my needs. I only had to ask her things once. She kept me informed. Mario, the technician, repaired by car correctly, the first time. My car now purrs like a kitten, roars like a line and response like a V8 sports car should respond. Brittany and Mario keep my car running smoothly so that I can have fun driving it.
