Didn't end up buying from them (found the car elsewhere) but they were very willing to help.
Very responsive followed up several times, unfortunately I had surgery and was unable to drive there.
They don’t want to work with you on trade ins. Told me good luck in New Jersey. And the dealer I had in the phone did offer me aa amont for my car and the manager said no. Wouldn’t deal with them again.
I was contacted by the internet manager and a sales representative very professional on the phone we are still in the process of selecting a vehicle my work schedule and they're Dealership hours are not compatible at this time
The manager who responded to my inquiry was very timely and courteous. The salesperson who showed me the car seemed like he was contradicting my impressions and trying to talk me out of what I was looking for. There was no follow-up after my test drive. Wouldn't rule out further interactions but would be a little hesitant based on this experience.
