I give the 5 rating because they did try to contact me a couple times when I was unavailable and I never returned call.

Our overall experience was quite positive. The less that five-star rating is due to some fees on the invoice that were not mentioned in advance or when we negotiated a selling price, and some long delays between meesages we sent and their response. Based on our experience, we would buy again from them.,

Poor very unprofessional. I was contacted immediately after my inquiry. asked to set an appointment. I emailed , texted requesting confirmation....nothing until late morning . Received call from Bill...told me the other guy was not in over slept ? Tried selling me a different car.....After numerous foolish stall tactics....Rather than just saying the truth - he didn't know ?/ Basically i told the rep he was giving off very bad vibes...I'm moving on .
