Was supposed to send video of car then never responded
Frank the Sales consultant was very nice, and helpful. The pictures of the car we came to road test, did not do the car justice! The car was very nice, and I was particularly impressed with the color as well as the drive. We're considering this car.
I give the 5 rating because they did try to contact me a couple times when I was unavailable and I never returned call.
They reached out immediately and were courteous. Unfortunately we weren't able to make a deal

Our overall experience was quite positive. The less that five-star rating is due to some fees on the invoice that were not mentioned in advance or when we negotiated a selling price, and some long delays between meesages we sent and their response. Based on our experience, we would buy again from them.,
