Upfront with pricing
Good luck ever getting anyone to answer the phone here. They implemented a stupid AI bot, and ever since then you can't talk to anyone. You tell the bot to connect you to a human, and it just rings another two minutes until you get a message saying "the mailbox is full" and then disconnected. I have purchased more than one new Genesis here, and their service department sucks.
Thank you for the great customer service, Brandon! I made a deal over the phone, driving from Idaho to Utah to go pick up my car.
