Amir was the most professional person I have ever dealt with buying a vehicle. This transaction was the most seamless of any experience i have had in my 50+ years of buying cars.
Dimitri was great. Wasn’t pushy at all. He knows a lot about the cars. There was a misunderstanding and he made it right. I would recommend Dimitri to anyone who is looking to buy from this dealership. He really made it a smooth purchase.
Sebastian became very unresponsive and unhelpful after the car was bought. His customer service went out the window as soon as help was needed. Only cared through the buying process. Would not buy from him again. Service department was great. Very good group of people.
Shane Williams was excellent. Very personable, knowledgeable about the Gensis brand. It was a pleasure doing business with a sales professional who actually listened to my needs. I highly recommend Shane if you want to purchase a vehicle.
