I came into the service department for a check engine light that came on. Givanni was the one who helped me out. He is extremely helpful and very thorough in his explanations for everything going on as well as what to expect. I really appreciate his honesty and you can tell he is genuinely trying to help. He went above and beyond by taking the time out of his day to ensure I would have everything I needed. I would recommend coming to him for any issues you would have.

i have been a genesis customer for over 5 years prior to lj acquiring service dept. i would hear the ads lee Johnson way on radio and be mildly irritated as it wasn't the experience i received fast forward i have a new service advisor and he has made a huge difference in my opinion of genesis of Kirkland Giovanni has been our service advisor the past 6-8 months. his customer service should be recognized as providing exceptional service communications with giovanni is easy even when it is a tough conversation on warranty work... read more

I had a check engine light come on and called to have it checked. I was given an appointment with two days, and told it was probably due to a recall for Campaign 914G, which could be taken care of with a computer update. I arrived an hour early and Nicolly greeted me, checked in the vehicle, processed the paperwork, and had me take a seat in their fabulous waiting room.
