This dealership has no real management, is severely understaffed, and the service department seems to run purely on hopes and dreams. I brought my car in for a vibration and a noise coming from the rear, and the dealership told me I needed a rear differential replacement, estimating the repair would take 1 to 1.5 weeks. Couldn’t schedule service through the app, called and no answer left voice mail with no return call and so my car asked me if I wanted to schedule the service and was FINALLY able to make me an appt! I’ve never had to wait more than an hour and this time I waited almost 3 HOURS!
