Went in for a complimentary oil and filter change. We have a 2024 G80. When we bought the car in Jan. Of 2025 it had 10,329miles on it put on by the dealership bc they used it as a loner car for their business. They had certified the car which I payed for. At which time I had asked the sales person does "all" transfer to the new owner and the answer was "yes"! When we made an appointment for the oil and filter change and got it done, I was promptly told that I owed $198.00. I asked why wasn't that still covered under the man... read more
