I recently bought GV70 from Genesis of Brunswick. Darren Lazare is the Sales Person, who closed the deal with us. Excellent service by the young sales person, who held our hand from start to finish, till the number plates tuck to my GV70. He took care of the coordinating with the Insurance agent, finance department and documentation. He responded patently to all my silly questions. Do not trust them! I paid them $67,344.60 on 7/1/23 and they, as of 8/9/23, refuse to send me my license plate because I did not give them all 10's (on a scale of 1-10) in their survey. They will also not return my phone call. My car cannot be driven because I have no plate! Try to find the dealerships owner's name or an email address and you'll understand my problem!
We purchased a new 2023 Genesis in December 2022 and love the car. The sale went smoothly, but we had a few minor electronic items that needed to be fixed that we discovered right after the purchase. Sales staff did not return calls. I took the car in and reviewed the problem with a sales person who promised to get back to us but never did.
