Cindy was great! I got a beautiful dark purple cats eye done and It. Is. Gorgeous! She was very gentle and efficient! I think I've just found my new salon! The picture doesn't do it justice, but I tried my best!
Very disappointing experience. I paid $60 for their “most popular” pedicure but was charged for a different service and an $18 lip wax that I never requested or received. Two nail techs attempted my toes, and neither could do the French pedicure I asked for, so I had to settle for plain white. Poor customer service and inaccurate billing. I would not recommend this salon.
I have given this nail salon 4 times to provide bad service to me. My first appointment was okay. The guy said nothing to me the entire appointment and just got up and walked off when he was done. I liked my nails so I returned. My second appointment was done by the young lady to the left when you walk in. She did a not so good job but was friendly. Definitely not coming back, I paid $75 for a pedicure (gel polish and fix a broken nail ) she said she was going to do dip powder and instead did acrylic . This has been the most simple pedicure I have ever got and still had to pay $75 plus she was standing next to me expecting a tip that was not deserved.
