Timely and accurate services is an absolute must for our pain clinic. We had heard great things about Genesis’s toxicology and urine services from our colleagues in the industry. Our business and medical partners could not be more impressed by the personalized services we received. Although they are in Los Angeles, we felt as though we were working with a local medical lab who truly cared about our satisfaction.
No one here answers the phone, on top of that, there's not even a messaging system to leave a message. I have tried calling them multiple times about recurring charges on my CC, and no one answers.... Not sure what's going on here but doesn't seem like a reputable business to me.
