HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! And we were not even called into the room. If the Front Desk is BEYOND RUDE, then it is an indication of the medical team. Arrived 20 minutes before to fill out 2 pages of medical history, never received a hipaa form, which is in violation of Nevada Law. The front desk LORINA claimed we owed a co insurance of $25.00 and we have a PPO. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. Then we watched as 10 patients were called in before us.
