My mom fell and needs surgery. This is the slowest hospital that i have ever seen in the world.
Shitty hospital now took my girlfriend 8 hrs for nothing they didn't even see her short staffed crappy employees! Better off going to Trinity stay clear away from this nightmare
I recently had surgery at Genesis and, unfortunately, my experience in the surgical unit was very disappointing. I did not feel well cared for, and my needs were not met throughout my stay. To make matters worse, I was discharged late in the evening with the understanding that my pain medication would be called in to Wagner Pharmacy by morning. Staff was kind. No American doctors though, I couldn't understand half of them and poor bedside manner.
