My dad has been and currently Is in the ICU. The nurses and doctors have been amazing! Im so thankful for them! They always kept us informed and have taken great care of my dad! Nurse corrine went above & beyond for my dad!! And nurse Mike (I hope I got the name right) always showed up with the best sense of humor and made us all laugh, even dad. I’d give 10 stars if I could :)
MercyOne Genesis has some pretty nasty triage rooms. Been here off and on with my wife due to her pregnancy complications and wow they are below the standard, especially the sheer amount of money people have to pay to be seen here. Twice have I watched a nurse(two different nurses) blow out a few of my wife's veins before they could get a stick. What kind of temu training they giving nurses these days. The worst, uncaring people I've ever met. I am experiencing dizziness and my arm turning purple. I called them back about a question about a test. The nurse acted like she couldn't hear me and immediately hung up. I called right back and she was no longer taking calls. The receptionist or however picked up just wanted to go home and wouldn't let me leave a message just said call back. I've said I can't speak privately at work, please leave a detailed message. I guess I'll just see what happens.
Dr.Harney MD. On the 5th floor demeanor sucks. She is by far the rudest and cold hearted dr. I have ever met.
Rude employees, er is awful, had to take my year old twins that broke out in red spots and all they did was a covid/rsv check...Turns out they had the measles....Very disappointed....Recommend new staff....
