As someone else said, great to work with while leasing, but moving out is a huge problem. Look out for ridiculous charges for lightbulbs, patching small nail holes, painting and upgrades they decide to add and charge you for, lawn service and electricity even after you have moved out.
We just renewed our lease for another year and couldn’t be more pleased with Genesis Masters management. They are prompt and attentive to detail. They are all very personable, as well. We had a terrible storm pass through within weeks of moving in. Even though it was late in the evening, Ashleigh, made it a point to reach out to make sure we were doing ok while we road it out. Definitely a unique and very welcomed experience. Glad to make this home with Genesis Masters for another year!
We moved to Aledo a little over a year ago and were in need of a place to live, quickly. We reached out to Barbara and Ashleigh and they were so great. They made the process seamless and stayed in contact with regular updates. We have now been with them for a year and a half and they have been great advocates for us and helpful with any questions or issues we might have. We highly recommend Genesis Property Management.
This company was always professional DURING our lease, but WATCH OUT when moving out. There were a ton of charges at the end ... items that with other property management companies we have NEVER had to pay in the past. Over an 8- year period of leasing other properties and dealing with 2 other companies, I have somewhat of an experienced past with leasing.
