The staff here is amazing.
The staff here is amazing.
While they do have some of the top urologists in San Diego, their accounting system is the very worst and will continue to upset or discourage even the happiest of patients from retuning. Even their office staff does not seem prepared for the ineptitude of their billing system and it seems they either have to fabricate stories or lie to calm their patients. After the 3rd screw up, I decided to find another doctor as life’s too short to put up with such incompetence.
